1. Who you're agreeing with

EventTime is operated by Ömral Cörüt, an independent developer based in Turkey. By using EventTime, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What EventTime is

EventTime is a web-based app marketing calendar for developers. It helps you discover global holidays, regional events, and awareness days relevant to your app's category and target regions, so you can plan marketing campaigns more effectively.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use EventTime.
• One account per person. You may not share account access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, but if you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll review it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use EventTime for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service in bulk.
• Abuse or interfere with the service infrastructure.
• Share account credentials or resell access to the service.

6. Intellectual property

The EventTime name, logo, software, event data, and all related content are owned by Ömral Cörüt. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Your app data and notes remain yours.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

EventTime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep event data accurate and the service available, but we make no guarantees regarding uptime, completeness of event data, or fitness for any particular marketing purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ömral Cörüt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EventTime, including loss of revenue or missed marketing opportunities. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of EventTime after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
