Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

EventTime is operated by Ömral Cörüt, an independent developer based in Turkey. When this policy says “we”, “us”, or “EventTime”, it means Ömral Cörüt personally. You can reach us at contact@eventtime.app.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account data — your name and email address when you sign up.
• App data — the app names, store URLs, descriptions, categories, and regions you add to your calendar.
• Payment data — billing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details.

3. How we use your data

• To run your account and provide the EventTime service.
• To send you event reminder emails (14 days and 3 days before each event).
• To manage your subscription and billing.

4. We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes — ever. Your data is used only to operate EventTime for you.

5. Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted sub-processors to run the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU region).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management.
• Vercel — hosting, edge infrastructure, and cookie-less page-view analytics.
• Sentry — error monitoring, and (only with your consent) session replay for debugging client-side bugs (EU region).
• Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection on signup, login, and password-reset forms.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

7. Your rights

Under Turkish law (KVKK) and applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Object to certain uses of your data.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

EventTime uses two categories of browser storage:

• Strictly necessary — authentication and session cookies set by Supabase (required to keep you signed in), the theme preference, and a flag remembering your cookie-banner choice. These cannot be disabled because the service cannot function without them.
• Optional — diagnostics — if you accept the cookie notice, Sentry session replay records a small percentage of sessions and 100% of error sessions to help us reproduce client-side bugs. All text, inputs, and media are masked by default. You can decline at any time and replay will not run.

We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile do not set tracking cookies. To change your choice later, clear your browser’s site data for eventtime.app and the banner will reappear.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the app before the changes take effect.
